I would like to create an ebook of a book I wrote that I will sell over my own website. Is is legal for me to sell the ebooks created with this software? Based on what I saw on the ereader site using their software for commercial use is not allowed. I have an email into them to see what the costs are but I would prefer to not have to deal with them.

I answered my own question when I downloaded the software. You use dropbook so I am limited by that license. Does anyone know ebook creation software I can use for a commercial ebook?

I don't really know the answer, but I guess if you try eReader's eBook Studio it should work. I don't know what sort of license it involves.
I believe you would still profit something from using Publish eBook, for ease of use, just to produce PML code (doesn't involve Dropbook). Then load it up in eBook Studio and produce the final commercial ebook.
Good luck with your book, and if you find more info about this, please post it here... :-)
